Crossline is a registered charity operating under the umbrella of Plymouth City Mission and has been active in Plymouth as a Christian caring agency for over 25 years.

Although our ethos is Christian, we are committed to providing an inclusive service to those who seek our help, whether they be of another faith or of no faith at all. We seek to serve in a friendly, non-judgemental way.

We offer the following services:-

• 24HR TELEPHONE LISTENING LINE
(operated by trained listeners)

• COUNSELLING
(by appointment)

• PARENT AND TODDLER GROUP(Weekly)

Confidentiality is paramount in our approach. Clients can have he utmost confidence that they will be treated with respect and dignity. Our aim is to encourage individuals to value themselves and take control of their own lives.

CHARITY STATUS

As a charity, Crossline is dependent on gifts from individuals, churches and others in order to continue its work. Apart from the few salaried administrative staff, the service is provided by around thirty volunteers. We are always appreciative of financial commitment to the work. Crossline is able to claim the Gift Aid benefit on donations made by income tax payers.
